In a recent survey we asked you to share your New Year resolutions, those of you who are still in the habit of making promises to yourself to do better things with your life. Main resolutions you shared boiled down to few general categories and guess what, they were not much different between girls and guys. Take a look:
HER RESOLUTIONS: find a better job, get my finances in order and stop overspending, don't buy any more black cloth, move to Manhattan, plan a great trip abroad, have a baby, start meeting men that are not married, brush up on a foreign language (several were named like French and Spanish), update my wardrobe, be a happier person, take dance classes.
HIS RESOLUTIONS: find a better job, move to Manhattan, lose weight, stay in shape, be happy, explore the world around me, go back to school for a Graduate degree or an MBA, extend my social circle, meet someone special. So, it looks like we all want the same things. Where it becomes different though is how each of us manages to stay on top of our goals and dreams to make them a reality. If you want to share how you do it or, on a more interesting subject, what prevents you from doing it from year to year, share your thoughts in our MetroDiary.
And good luck with keeping your New Year resolutions alive!
