SUMMER KZM FESTIVAL
September 10th to 12th, 2010
Kittattiny Campground, Barryville, NY
--------------------------------
This is the festival where songs have a point, music has intelligence, poetry is encouraged, and yet everyone parties like rock starts round the clock. The atmosphere is pretty exciting, and mostly comes from the people who chose to buy a ticket and attend. We've been blessed with great people all these years. So if you are one of these "good peoples", you are a part of this, and you belong at KZM.

But in case you need more than just inspirational words, here's some substance (without disclosing any secrets):
There will be plenty of new guests, talented and accomplished musicians, legendary songwriters, and a lot of excellent local talent too.
Friday and Saturday night concerts. Jam Session on Saturday afternoon, Poetry reading after midnight on Friday.
Same beautiful campground right on the Delaware river. As always: sports, games, swimming and river bathing, kayaking and rafting available too
High energy, lots of singing, dancing, drinking, new friends, old friends, perfect strangers, it all comes together in one sleepless weekend.

Tickets are on sale now, and they are $42 bucks. You can't go if you don't have a ticket, and you only have 3 weeks to get them. After that, during the last week before the festival, the tickets will be much more expensive. Please don't waste your money later, please buy your tickets right now.

Read the details carefully. We changed some things this year. One of the notable items is the change to the rules of entry and unloading. Until 8pm on Friday night, everyone will be allowed to bring their car directly into the campground, unload, and drive the car off to the parking area. After 8pm, cars will only be allowed to enter the base of the camp "loading zone", and will have to carry their things themselves or wait for a shuttle bus (which we will have running until late, but not the whole night.

Hope to see you all there,
Zhenya Sakirski, KZM
