SUMMARY:DuMol Wine Tasting and Dinner at RIS.
DESCRIPTION:achieving an MBA from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Reed then returned to UC Davis to complete extensive graduate research in enology, his insights presented to the American Society of Enology and Viticulture. Reed joined the DuMOL team in 2015. Winemaking is part of his heritage, as he is related to a founder of the Bollinger Champagne house. His 22 years of experience in the wine industry include roles as viticulturist, winemaker, senior management, and entrepreneur. Reed’s multifaceted approach, tenacity and progressive mindset are invaluable assets to DuMOL’s small, tight-knit team.
Beginning in the mid 1990s, DuMOL made a name for itself making Pinot Noir and Chardonnay of the Russian River Valley. More recently, the team has expanded further into sites hugged by the hills mere miles from the Ocean.  Here are some favorites paired with a great menu by Chef Ris Lacoste
