Disputes relating to art are diverse and multifaceted as art itself. Consequently, there is not one single method to resolve disputes relating to art.
On the occasion of the Art Basel, Jones Day, JAMS, Reich Rodriguez, and the International Law Section of the Florida Bar invite to this symposium.
 Leading experts Gary Birnberg (JAMS), Donald S. Burris (Burris, Schoenberg & Walden, LLP), Patricia Pernes (Bornhams Auction House), Jean-Jacques Neuer (Cabinet Neuer) and Dr. Johannes P. Willheim (Jones Day) will present various methods for the resolution of art disputes using real cases which caught public attention and will present easy to apply methods for making informed choices between available dispute resolution methods.
