This is a unique dining experience at a Russian Hill open kitchen with a view of the bay. We will start at 6:30 pm with a cooking demonstration with snacks and tea served. We will introduce you to Cantonese cuisine and what it consists of, including the types of spices you use in Cantonese cooking, how to season a wok, and other tips and tricks to Cantonese style cooking. This is a great way to familiarize yourself with the delicious ingredients that shape Cantonese cuisine. Then we will serve the 6 courses dinner and discuss the history of Cantonese cooking and answer any type of questions you might have. This is a sample menu: https://www.moderncanto.com/menu.html
This event is perfect for a date, double dates, family gathering, friends gathering, or a friendly place to make new friends. It is an intimate setting as we only limit up to 16 people per event.
