Monday January 28, 2019.  Reception begins @ 6:30pm with a pint of a Spindletap brew.  Dinner seating and service begins at 7pm.  Crisp Executive Chef Truc Nguyen and Spindletap crew will be on hand to personally discuss the food and brews.
