About Attorney Arkady Itkin


Arkady Itkin specializes in a wide range of labor and employment related issues, claims and wrongful termination cases on both, employee and employer side, business formation and litigation as well as serious personal injury case and medical malpractice. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California and Northern and Eastern U.S. District Courts. Mr. Itkin regularly takes injury and employment cases to trial and arbitration. Mr. Itkin graduated from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2007, and received his M.A. in Philosophy with the emphasis on Greek/Roman philosophy at San Francisco State University. Prior to, and while attending law school, Mr. Itkin worked as a paralegal and a law clerk in several prominent civil litigation law firms in San Francisco and Sacramento, including the Choulos, Choulos & Wyle firm in San Francisco, and the legal department of Union Pacific Railroad Company in Sacramento. Mr. Itkin is a member of American Bar Association, Labor and Employment Section of the California Bar, San Francisco and Sacramento Bar Associations, California Employment Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California Association. He is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education classes for attorneys throughout Northern California.Mr. Itkin is fluent in Hebrew and Russian. In his free time, he enjoys playing and watching tennis, reading, writing, chess, and photography.
