Love Songs of the Great Entertainers Embassy of France, 4101 Reservoir Road NW  Featuring Kazakh-American vocalist TIMUR "extravagantly transgressive tenor... a stratospheric voice" - Los Angeles Times   Alexander Vertinsky Ivan Kozlovsky Sergei Lemeshev  Vadim Kozin  Described by the Los Angeles Times as an “extravagantly transgressive tenor" with "a stratospheric voice,” Kazakh-American vocalist TIMUR will pay a unique musical tribute to such charismatic Russian performers as Alexander Vertinsky, Ivan Kozlovsky, Sergei Lemeshev and Vadim Kozin. Accompanied by pianist Genadi Zagor, who will also perform solo improvisations, TIMUR will sing a rare selection of romantic melodies from the songbooks of these legendary entertainers, who captivated opera, concert hall and cabaret audiences throughout the 20th century. 
 After the concert meet other guests in attendance during the wine reception. Space is limited so please reserve your tickets early. Kindly note that the event is presented as a concert followed by wine reception and not a dinner function so please plan to have dinner before or after the event.
