Mimi Town has been an Import Specialist with U.S. Customs and Border Protection since February 2014.
Mimi was born and raised in France. She obtained a degree in foreign languages (English, German and Russian) from the Jean Moulin University Lyon 3, France. Prior to working with U.S. Customs, she worked for DHL Express in Miami for 11 years. She was first hired as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She then decided to take and passed the Customs broker test which earned her a position as a lead in the DHL Express brokerage department, and shortly after became a Supervisor. Prior to working with DHL Express, Mimi worked for several airlines, Virgin Atlantic being one of them. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for Virgin Atlantic Cargo in Miami for almost 13 years.

Augusto Perera, ESQ. is an Of Counsel attorney with Diaz Trade Law and a active member of the Florida Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court Southern District of Florida and the Court of Appeals for Federal Circuit. Mr. Perera Attended Shepard Broad College of Law and received his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. Dedicated exclusively to intellectual property matters, specializing in trademark, copyright, licensing, and Internet Law, with a focus on new business development.
