William R. Spiegelberger was the Director of the International Practice Department at Rusal (Moscow) until April 6, 2018, when U.S. sanctions were imposed on the company and two of its main shareholders. Spiegelberger was 2015-2018 board member of Strabag SE (Vienna); member, National Advisory Council, Harriman Institute, Columbia University. He received his J.D. from Columbia University and is the author of The Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards in Russia.
