DESCRIPTION:Peter Merriam Vineyards. Taste along with special guest and winemaker Peter Merriam, from one the most respected vineyards in the country. 
Designed for all wine lovers, the four course prix fixe dinner with wine pairings will feature regionally inspired foods prepared by Executive Chef Ted Iwachiw, such as the Lobster Tortelloni, Local Wild Ramps, Pink Peppercorn, Lemon Butter and Wagyu Ribeye, Purple Potato Fonduta, Morels, Truffle Bearnaise.
This intimate journey will be held at Davio's King of Prussia on Wednesday, May 8th at 6:30pm. Guests will be treated to a multi-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines by Peter Merriam to pair perfectly with their dining experience (see full menu below).
