Your host, Plaf Chef and co-owner Roberth Sundell, will be joined by co-hosts Alex Kanzler of Kanzler Family Vineyards, Ian Bearup of Balletto Vineyards and Giovanni Balisteri of Russian River Vineyards for a multi-course food and wine journey focusing on the Sebastopol Hills neighborhood of the world renowned Russian River Valley.
Sebastopol Hills, an area of rolling hills dotted with vineyards and heritage Gravenstein apple orchards, and featuring a stiff ocean breeze, makes up the Southwest corner of Russian River Valley. The wines of this rugged region are distinct in their complexity and food friendliness and will expertly paired over 4 delicious courses by Chef Roberth and his team. 
Come hear the stories, inspiration and passion behind these wines and winemakers and learn about what makes Sebastopol Hills wine unique from wines of the other 5 Neighborhoods of Russian River Valley.
This intimate evening will allow guests to interact directly with Chef Roberth and the featured winemakers, giving the ultimate insider experience on Sebastopol Hills wines through the lens of Plaj Restaurants cuisine.
