DESCRIPTION:One of the most popular aromatic grapes in the world is Sauvignon Blanc, of French origin, now with international acclaim. Expressions vary enormously, based on climate, clone, and winemaking. From the zesty tang of Loire to the robust fruit of Napa, the spectrum of Sauvignon Blanc is indeed diverse. This session will present the grape in a "single-blind" setting, offering the chance to gain deeper insights to regional and winemaker influences. 
There is one session available for the tasting, at 7pm Wednesday 5/8. The event will last two hours.
With the $25 paid ticket, and wine will be provided for you. Perfect for when you don't have the time to shop, or the home cellar is short on juice.
