DESCRIPTION: Hot and cold baths. During the Ottoman Empire the Turkish Steam public baths became popular all over Europe. We perform salt scrub, green mud and aromatherapy in the steam rooms. And foot rub in the salt water hot tub. The Swedish Sauna is also famous for social gatherings sharing heat during the cold winters. We sing affirmations in the sauna and back rubs. During the Eastern European migration through Ellis island the Russian baths were the only sure way of getting clean because most rooming houses didn't have private baths. We perform Schvitz with Platza oak leaf scrub The Soul Sweat is our modern way of cleansing the body and soul. We share the bitter, sour and sweet challenges of life. We have 3 drinks of aloe/garlic, ginger/lemon, and Sorrel cleansing mix. We prepare a fruit salad, green salad and vegetarian meal.

We alternate hot/cold/hot/cold/hot/cold at least six times over the course of 3 hours. SALT WATER HOT TUB, FINNISH SAUNA, SWEDISH SHOWERS, COLD POOL, INFRA RED SAUNA, HIGH PRESSURE WATER HOSE, AND RAIN ROOM.
We have foot rub and hot tub and and Finnish Sauna and Turkish and aromatherapy steam and songs and prayers and healing circle at the beach. You must register. Fee $75 includes admission and food and drinks.
