DESCRIPTION:night at Draper's Acres Campground conveniently located in the Keene Valley area. We'll see a lot in one day by hiking Jay Mt. N. of Keene on Sat. morning, drive NW to hike Catamount Mt., then walk around the historic town of Saranac Lake late Sat. We might have dinner at a good brewpub restaurant in Lake Placid or Saranac Lake, or have it back at the campground. On Sunday, we'll hike Hurricane Mt. E. of the Keene Valley closer to the campground, then drive home.

How to find us: The campsite is NW of Mt. Hoevenberg, on the road (73) to Lake Placid from Keene Valley.  3 tents/6 people allowed per site; 2 people=$30/night; 3-4 people=$35/night; 5-6 people=$40/night.
