DESCRIPTION: More recently, Russian artists have returned to their cultural roots and developed their own unique methods of expression. Cathy Locke, M.F.A., artist and founder of Russian Art Tour, leads tours to Moscow and St. Petersburg annually. She is currently writing a book on Russian art and teaches in the graduate department at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
