DESCRIPTION:description of featured menu items from the Dancing Marlin culinary team.  Brew master, Walter Ornelas, and owners, the Richert brothers, will be on hand to talk about the taste profiles, the process and the inspiration of this up & coming craft brew house.  This five-course event will feature an amazing menu prepared by Dancing Marlin, all brews being paired with "gastro pub" inspired culinary creations.  
First Course: Beef tenderloin tartare, cranberry gastrique, marscapone whip, cornichons, quail egg.  Brew - II Legit
Second Course: A salad roll of mixed greens, herbs, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano, house Caesar dressing, croutons.  Brew - Juror 8
Third Course: Smoked haddock fish cake, creamy potato hash, poached egg, pickle relish.  Brew - La Ley Malt
Fourth Course: Crispy citrus infused pork belly, roasted tomato puree, apple slaw.  Brew: Red Handed Irish Red
Fifth Course:  Sticky toffee cake, brown sugar semifreddo, almonds & figs.  Brew - Chicanery Russian Imperial Stout
