Ticket Purchase Details
 Tickets for this event will be available for purchase starting at 3:30pm on Wednesday July 5, 2017 through 11:59pm on Saturday July 8 2017, or when tickets have sold out. Once you've selected your desired ticket quantity and clicked Checkout, Eventbrite treats the registration page as a waiting room with a six-minute time limit, but it does not hold your tickets. Have your Government Issued ID (driver’s license, passport, or military ID) and form of payment on hand and ready to go. 
 Please be advised that a limited number of tickets are available for this event and ticket purchase is only complete upon the full processing of a credit card payment through and by Eventbrite. We cannot guarantee that tickets will be available throughout the sale window.

Tickets may be redeemed at Bootlegger’s Brewery tasting room located at 130 S Highland Ave Fullerton, Ca 92832 during normal hours of operation beginning on Tuesday July 11,2017 11am, till Sunday July 16, 2017


At the time of redemption, all purchasers will be required to show valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a state issued Driver’s License) and the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) matching the name entered upon the Eventbrite order page; purchasers without said verification items will not be allowed to redeem their ticket(s). The name on the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) MUST match the name on the valid, government-issued photo identification for pick-up.


NO PROXIES ALLOWED


The absolute FINAL day to pick up cans and bottles purchased in this online sale is Sunday July 16, 2017. Cans and bottles not retrieved from the Tasting Room by 10pm on Sunday July 16, 2017 will be surrendered back to the brewery and immediately resold. Ticket holders seeking refunds for abandoned purchases must contact us directly at info@bootleggersbrewery.com


 Bootlegger’s Brewery – Policies, Terms and Conditions
 PURCHASERS MUST BE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.
 Any alcohol purchased via these tickets must be for personal consumption and not for resale.
 Ticket sales may be limited to a maximum number of tickets per purchaser. In order to accommodate demand, Bootlegger’s Brewery reserves the right to amend any ticket limits applicable to the beer release in its sole and absolute discretion without notice. In the event any changes are made, purchasers who bought a number of tickets exceeding the ticket limit prior to the change in ticket limits implementation shall be entitled to a refund for the excess tickets. Please contact us at beerrelease@bootleggersbrewery.com to arrange for a refund.

Purchasers must redeem their tickets in person, PROXIES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED. Redemption of tickets must be completed in person; Bootlegger’s Brewery will not ship beer directly to consumers as part of this beer release and all tickets must be redeemed in our tasting room.  All sales are final and purchasers shall not be entitled to returns or exchanges. In the event a purchaser fails to redeem a ticket during the stipulated pick-up timeframe, the purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the corresponding ticket price. Any beer not claimed during the stipulated pick-up timeframe shall be forfeit and Bootlegger’s Brewery shall have the right to resell any beer not claimed during the stipulated pick-up timeframe in whatever manner it chooses, including but not limited to sales in the Bootlegger’s Brewery tasting room.  Purchase of a ticket represents an offer by Purchaser, Bootlegger’s Brewery may accept or decline any such offer and Bootlegger’s Brewery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
