DESCRIPTION:experience, the courses will remain not just fun but challenging, as they are built to adapt to your child’s abilities.As a parent, by signing up your kid for this course, we will dive into different fields to find what's important to your child. Passions inside a young mind build a stronger foundation for seeds of the future. You’re going to help your kid find what truly resonates with him on the inside to find your passions as a young brain is a gift.


Bootcamp courses:
1. Russian Language (intermediate to advanced)
Improve your skills in the Russian language. Students will have daily language instruction while keeping the Language Pledge. There will be discussion of current events and literature, and special events, including a theater and music workshop and even a game night.
Skills learned: Russian language grammar, phonetics and vocabulary development, confidence growth and structural logic.
2. Art Theory and Concept Art
Learn the theory behind how to use colors and composition to create a masterpiece. These theories will then be applied to envision and design a character in details, which includes the physical appearance, clothing, accessories, gadgets and much more. We’ll learn the basics of psychology and convey the character’s personality, emotions and background story through art.
Skills learned: Drawing and painting techniques, color theory, psychology basics, image composition, perspective drawing, detailed character development, deductive reasoning, increase in imagination, and keen observation skills.
3. Music Theory and Jam
Music theory from a non-traditional insightful perspective that can be immediately expressed through instruments. Decode music theory through emotion, develop a keen ear through musical puzzles, and collaborate with other students.
Skills learned: Music theory, collaborative improvisation and composition, confidence growth, emotional and artistic expression, ear training, and development of musical curiosity.
4. Claymation
The course will consist of learning about the process of making a stop motion animation come to life using clay as the main material. This includes complex and realistic character design and motion, special effects, lighting, and synchronizing audio and video accurately.
Skills learned: Animation with Stop Motion Studio, detailed clay sculpting, character creation, accurate kinetic motion, creative problem solving, audio recording, and video compiling.
5. Video Game Creation and Programming Toys
Using Scratch, learn how to create amazing video games from the ground up by writing the coding structure behind the scenes. Discover and overcome the challenges involved in making each part of the games work perfectly. In the meantime, we’ll learn how to code on Tynker and make toys such as the Sphero move in specific ways in real life to be able to pass throughphysical and intellectual challenges.
Skills learned: Basic programming with Tynker and Scratch, spatial awareness development, logical reasoning, collaborative puzzle solving, execution of ideas through a linear chain-reaction system, and increase in imagination.
6. Acting Class
Learn about different techniques to develop a connection with the character’s personality and emotions. We’ll be learning and applying method acting, Stanislavski’s system, Lee Strasberg’s method, and many more.
Skills learned: Character development, emotional empathy and vulnerability, improvisation, confidence growth, and vocal training.


Math Workshop
The goal of this workshop is to provide a refresher of last year’s math content to prepare for this upcoming school year. Not by simply teaching the subject, but by providing students with the tools and study habits that foster successful learning in all future endeavors. More important than knowing formulas and numbers is to know how to operate, analyze and systemize information. Lastly, this workshop will also get students to practice responsibility, teamwork and communication.
