SUMMARY:Two Day Weightlifting Camp with Ilya Ilyin, Vasily Polovnikov & Yasha Kahn
DESCRIPTION:and world class weightlifter, and Yasha is a 3 time U.S. national medalist. Under these three very successful experts, you will be taught the snatch, clean and jerk, and squat and get coached on your technique with a full break down of your technical inefficiencies with recorded video. You will learn to identify exercises and concepts to help fix these inefficiencies  
During this two day camp, you will be coached to train like a professional and lift under the masterful eyes of all three of these professionals. This camp will be held 11am-3pm on Saturday September 2nd and Sunday September 3rd.
