This will be an evening that you will remember, enjoy this exquisite setting in a private dining room of Flemings Prime Steakhouse - Town and Country.  We are working with our partners in brewing to bring special cellar aged very hard to find (or impossible to find) beers which will compliment each course prepared by Flemings.

Flights and Bites 2018 Menu
 
First Course 
Pan Seared Scallops served with Goat Cheese grits and tomato butter sauce
BEER – 8th Wonder Weisstheimer (Hefeweizen)
 
Second Course
Campari tomato salad served with burrata-topped pesto served with arugula lightly dressed with Vinaigrette drizzled with a balsamic reduction
BEER – Goose Island Lolita (American Wild Ale)
 
Third Course
Herb crusted Lamb chops served with garlic-mashed potatoes topped with a cabernet butter sauce
BEER – Karbach F.U.N Series 016: Nigel (Oak Barrel Aged American Barleywine)
 
Fourth Course
Petite filet topped with beech mushrooms and roasted garlic sauce served with grilled asparagus
BEER – St. Arnold Adambier (BA Adambier) or Bishops Barrel 18 (Oat Wine aged English-style barleywine)
 
Fifth course
Walnut turtle pie with caramel sauce
BEER – Firestone Walker Parabola (Russian Imperial Stout) or  Sierra Nevada Narwhal (BA Imperial Stout)
 
 
As with any project we do, we have thought about the recipients of the proceeds.  What better way to say “Thank you to our first responders” than to donate half of the net proceeds to the Rotary Fire Fighters Home in Houston.  
 
This home provides our First Responders a place to live while undergoing treatment for cancer.  Rotary’s motto is Service Above Self - what better way to emulate this by giving back to our very own first responders who by nature in their job description put “Service Above Self”
