Tender and flavorful zucchini, slowly cooked with tarragon and garlic.

SAUERKRAUT
Homemade sauerkraut simmered in Belgian Wheat Ale and spices.

BEER BRAISED SAUSAGES
Assorted artisanal sausages boiled in beer and roasted until golden.

PORK KNUCKLE
Traditional ham hock cooked in beer then roasted with mustard, maple syrup, and aromatic spices. Served with homemade mustard and horseradish.

ROASTED APPLES WITH HOMEMADE PRALINE ICE CREAM
Tart apples baked with brown sugar and butter, topped with luxurious homemade pecan praline ice cream.
