After 1/13/2015, the only option you will have is to find someone else willing to take your reservation over if you don’t want to lose your money on this (usually there are plenty of people interested in the rooms, you just have to find them in time).

8) YOU CAN COME TO THE FESTIVAL ONE DAY EARLY…
Most of the event organizers are coming to the hotel on Thursday, and you can too, if you prefer. The rooms for Thursday night are $70+tax. But there won’t be any official program or activities on Thursday night or Friday daytime. Festival program will start Friday night around 8pm-9pm. But you could go skiing  - various Pocono slopes are just minutes away from the hotel.
