As a result, the need for international cooperation on issues of cyber security is urgent. On the domestic front, the public and the private sectors must work together more closely. Internationally, imperatives also drive governments and multinational service providers toward closer cooperation. How should law enforcement and justice respond to these challenges? What is Estonia’s role within the international community to act as a driver for practical solutions, pointing the way forward?
