Bitter greens balanced with bright ver jus vinaigrette, poached eggs, fine herbs, and compressed fennel.

Course 3: Potatoes

Expect new techniques to spice up the average potato - this isn't your grandma's mash.

Course 4: Simple Greens

The right balance of acidity, spice, pungency, and heartiness. 

Course 5: Almost Award-Winning Chili

With smoked chicken and succotash relish - no ground beef, tomatoes, or beans! A 2nd place finisher in a chili competition.

Course 6: Dad's Fried Chicken

With dad's special dredge and a Thai chili gastrique.

Course 7: Fruit du Jour

Peak season fruits served with house bread and homemade ricotta. 

Course 8: December's Gelato

Sweet and tart apple gelato with honeycomb crumble.
