The seldom opened 2004 Screaming Eagle valued at over $3000 a bottle… a part of our super dinner featuring over $12,000 in Wine and over $16,000 in total food and beverage. All wines are tasted blind (21 glasses per client) and then revealed one at a time.. Peninsula Beverly Hills - 5 Stars / 5 Diamonds - Dress to impress! A 4-course Dinner will be provided and we will of course meet any dietary restrictions with advanced notice. Educator and winemaker Ian Blackburn, CSW hosts the evening and guides you through a fun, social and humorous evening of great wine, food and laughs.
