Sofia Jouravel is an RJD Board Member that is passionate about locally grown, sustainable food. She spends her days at FarmLogix, an Evanston-based tech startup that sources and reports on local sustainability projects in Chicago and their impact on the community. She will be leading us into an informal discussion that ties into the eco-friendly Jewish holiday.
