DESCRIPTION:will feature some of the best Cabernet based wines in the business … featuring a 2009 Screaming Eagle valued at over $3000 a bottle… and over $10,000 total food and beverage being provided. All wines are tasted blind and then revealed: in order to enhance the experience and introduce your palate to unbiased tastes of impeccable wines.  Dinner is provided and we will of course meet any dietary restrictions with advanced notice.  Educator and winemaker Ian Blackburn, CSW hosts the evening at the exceptional Tin Roof Bistro, and guides you through a fun, social and humorous evening of great wine, food and laughs.

DINNER - TIN ROOF IS A CASUAL BUT SERIOUS FOOD DESTINATION. For this event, we have multiple courses along with multiple flights of wine. Food is friendly, abundant and very tasty - but nothing too fancy or serious. Special needs with advanced notice - can be taken care of. Day of food adjustments may require additional spend.
