DESCRIPTION:stopping to meditate on fantastical scenes from "The Hut on Hen's Legs" to "The Old Castle." Originally written as a piano suite, "Pictures" was adapted for orchestra by Mussorgksy's friend Maurice Ravel. 
Then, experience the Philadelphia Orchestra's John Koen in Robert Schumann's "Cello Concerto in A Minor."
