DESCRIPTION:Our ideal candidate is professional, ready to sell, outgoing and detail oriented. 
Our Insurance Agents get a base salary + commission, and our full benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays and more! Not to mention, our ofice culture is great.
Come join us at our offices at 18851 NE 29th Avenue Suite 500, Aventura, FL 33180 from 3-6 to meet our HR Director and hiring Managers.
Insurance Agent Responsibilities:


Servicing existing clients with their current insurance and cross sell other insurance products as needed


Basic data entry and research for different insurance policies


Answer incoming calls


Rewrite policies as needed, present options to clients, and closes sales.


Maintain knowledge of new products.


Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.


Grow policy counts/sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists


Additional duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills:


Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field.


Bilingual is preferred but not required ( English, Spanish/ Creole/ Russian)


Active 4-40 or 2-20 License 


1+ years of experience with Insurance


Customer Service oriented


Proficient with Microsoft Office and Zoho software


If you do not have expereince in the insurance industry but have sales experience, that is ok! We are willing to pay for your insurance license's needed and train you on everything you need to know.
