Geoff Fettus, Senior Attorney for the DC-based Natural Resources Defence Council
Geoffrey H.Fettus both litigates and testifies before Congress for NRDC’s Energy & Transportation program, where he focuses primarily on issues relating to the beginning and end of the nuclear fuel cycle—including issues associated with uranium mining and the disposal of radioactive waste. A graduate of Haverford College and the University of Wisconsin Law School, he worked as an attorney for a public-interest law firm and served as an assistant attorney general for New Mexico before he joined NRDC in 2001. He is based in Washington, D.C.
Tom Carpenter, Executive Director for Hanford Challenge

Tom Carpenter is a founder and Executive Director of Hanford Challenge.  As an attorney, he has represented dozens of Hanford whistleblowers over the past 30 years. Prior to Hanford Challenge, Tom was the Nuclear Program Coordinator at the Government Accountability Project in Washington, DC from 1985 to 2007, where he worked on representing nuclear whistleblowers and conducting investigations of radiological pollution, health and safety breaches and illegalities at numerous US (and some Russian) nuclear sites
