DESCRIPTION:Rebirthing was invented in 1970s by Leonard Orr and became a start for a number of other breathwork types, still having it’s own uniqueness and great transformational power.This will be theory and practice for them who wants.Workshop facilitator – Tatiana Ginzburg, PhD in transpersonal psychology, has over 20 years of experience in various breathwork styles. She is the founder of European Breathwork School (Saint-Petersburg, Russia) and ex-national Russian coordinator at International Breathwork Foundation, author of «Methodology of Integration in Breathwork».Tatiana's style is different from those that are most common in Bay area. She focuses on intention, reflection and integration as well as proper breathing style.
