On the occasion of Governor Jerry Brown’s Global Climate Action Summit on September 12-14 #Reframeclimate initiative comes to the Bay Area. 
Reframeclimate is an initiative created by #Dysturb and Magnum Foundation during the 2015 Paris Climate Change Conference to activate public space by wheat-pasting large-scale photographs around the city. Each pasted image included an interactive prompt, which allowed the viewer to hear the story behind the image directly from their phone.

ABOUT #DYSTURB
#Dysturb is a nonprofit formed by photojournalists wishing to make visual information freely accessible to a wider audience by pasting large images in city streets and pairing them with additional digital content. With a network of more than 10,000 photojournalists in more than 180 countries, Dysturb focuses on under-reported stories created by established and emerging photographers with diverse backgrounds, representing a variety of current world issues championing on social rights.

Benjamin Petit is a French documentary photographer and the co-director of #Dysturb, he has led #Dysturb campaigns teaming up with institutions such as the United Nations, the European Parliament, the Magnum Foundation, Foam Museum and Instagram. Benjamin’s photojournalistic work is focused on social inequality and climate change related issues. Benjamin Petit is a 2018-2019 John S. Knight Fellow in Journalism Innovation at Stanford University, and a Fulbright scholar. His work has been published in The New York Times, Stern, Vice, Days Japan, Le Figaro and Paris Match among other publications.
French photographer and Dysturb co-founder Pierre Terdjman started his carrier as a staff photographer for the left-wing Israeli daily Haaretz where he covered the Israeli Palestinian conflict. From 2007 to 2009 he was staff photographer for Gamma agency. Since then he has worked on post electoral violence in Kenya, the Russian-Georgian conflict, Afghanistan, Haiti and the ‘Arab Spring’. Since 2014 Pierre is collaborating with the French Agency for Development and Unicef as a video director to document their projects in places like Niger, Ivory Coast. His work is featured on The New York Times, GQ Magazine, Paris-Match and many other publications.
