DESCRIPTION:Automation Alley, is honored to host Maria Knyazeva, a Russian, at the Automation Alley in Troy.

Maria is an Exchange Fellow participating in a state program called Russian Business Leaders. To date, the program has brought 27 young Russian business people to the US to exchange their knowledge with their American colleagues.
During the Thursday 9-10AMsession, Maria Knyazeva will speak about her journey from student to English Teacher to entrepreneur, highlighting the entrepreneurial mindset and what entrepreneurship is like in Russia.
Maria holds a Masters degree in linguistics. She has completed her Doctoral studies and will defend her thesis on American and British Literature in winter, 2019.  She is an entrepreneur, and the CEO of English School #1 of Irina Gromova - in Kaliningrad (Russia), a private language school. Gromova is a prominent Russian entrepreneur, a living legend of teaching and methodology in Russia.
The School has a team of 10 teachers who educate 600+ students and provide opportunities for professional retraining for those who want to become certified teachers of English. English School also helps high school students decide on their higher education and career paths.
