About the speaker:
Meg Davis is the founder of the Ki Agency, a dynamic literary agency set up in response to the changing environment in the media, and represents authors and scriptwriters.
She is behind the careers of authors as the international and New York Times bestselling writer Anne Perry author and scriptwriter Mike Carey (The Girl With All The Gifts), award winning writers Claire North and Angela Slatter to name a few.  Meg is no stranger to seven-figure deals but is equally happy building writers.
Meg's work for her clients is informed by her involvement behind the scenes, on the management board of Public Lending Rights, and as the external examiner for the MA in Scriptwriting course at Sheffield Hallam University.  She is currently Chair of the Writers' Organisations Advisory Group, and serving a third term on the committee of the Association of Authors' Agents.
Meg studdied Russian at university, and read her way through a book store whilst working there.  The Canadian born agent is based in London, England.
The agency's philosophy is to maximise each writer's creative potential through a bespoke stratergy.
As an agent, Meg's passion includes crime, horror, historical, science fiction and fantasy.

No ID required, but event is appropriate to 18 years old upwards.

What's the refund policy?
This event is being organised from London and requires payment for the venue in advance.  Whilst it is appreciated events can surprise us, we are willing to consider refunds, but ideally up to no less than 30 days before the event, as we cannot get a refund from the venue by this time, either.   Both Meg Davis and the organiser are passionate about empowering writers.
