You probably already know that Western medicine – the backbone of our healthcare system – doesn’t always make people healthy, let alone keep them that way.  But do you know what role proper diet and nutrition can play in ensuring the health and well-being of you and your children?

Food-related disease is the number one cause of preventable death in the United States. Various types of cancer, heart disease, autism, obesity, and many other ailments are correlated with poor diet. Many health conditions, such as headaches, ADD, allergies, gastrointestinal disorders, could be prevented with healthy nutrition which begins in early childhood. Parents’ lack of education about healthy nutrition can result in children suffering from pain, delayed development and social problems.  The costs of curing many conditions – from prescriptions to hospitalization and even operations -- are soaring and taking a toll on many families, while most could be prevented from happening in the first place.

All this can be avoided with fundamental knowledge about Happy Nutrition that will lead to Drugless and Happy Life of your child and your family!  So what is proper nutrition and how can it lead to a happier family life?
First of all, you need to know about “primary food” which includes not only the right and healthy food for your child but also the environment in which your child lives. The “primary food” can be grouped into four categories: healthy relationships between all members of the family, regular physical activity of your child, setting goals for development (school, homework, extra curricular activities that your child enjoy) and the love and care you give your child as a parent. If you are ready to improve your child’s life, consider these categories from new prospective -- as a form of nutrition. Without “primary food” it is hard to balance all the other aspects of your and your child’s life.
Now let’s add our “happy nutrition” to “primary food”.  No one diet works for every kid. A child requires nutrition that depends on his/her age and health condition. Having said that, there are some constants, such as fresh organic food which is great for children regardless of gender, age or health conditions.  Always buy non-frozen food without artificial colors, check labels where it was made and expiation dates. If your family is not vegetarian make sure that meat, eggs, diary you buy are also organic. There are many allergies and other health problems in children associated with these products. The consultations not only will teach you about proper and happy nutrition, but will also give you a practical advice on which products are better and where they can be purchased.
