Dinner & Conversation from 7-9pm, with entertainment formally starting at 9pm-12am (the $27 Ticket includes wine and the entertainment, VIP is all night + Dinner.)

This is a = "creative Russian Roulette" of insiders, with Catering provided by the 4 star catering company Food for Thought and Rose Wine sponsored from NorthBrook's Knightbridge.

Food will include appetizers like gourmet cheese/fruit/meat/cracker platter,asian dumplings & eggrolls with passion fruit sauce, balsamic watermelon feta cubes, large shrimp with lemon on ice, and Dinner choices include braised short ribs,lechon asada (Roasted Latin Pork),Thyme Salmon, garlic mashed potatos, a veggie medley (Brussel sprouts/mushrooms/Asparagas), Latin Arroz congrandules..Dessert is Latin Flan and Red Velvet Cake!

We will feature an American Idol Singer Amelia FineFlock, our 2019 Chicago ReverbNation Winner Pianist Elle Hill and BellyDancing! Music will range from Jazz to R/B to Soul.
