In the crafting process Riga Black Balsam is made using unique single-barrel infusion technology. Botanicals are infused in spirit-water mix to create a so called "Riga Black Balsam essence." The dinner buffet of Latvian delicacies will be presented with limited seating. The dinner reception also includes wine and drinks served at the bar.
