How will it be held?
We divide all the participants into 2 groups, then creating 2 circles, one inside the other.  First, the participants of the outer circle have 1.5 minutes to tell about themselves to those in the inner circle. Second, they switch and  those who are standing in the inner circle have 1.5 minutes to represent themselves. After 3 minutes the inner circle is rotating by 1 person to the right.  Then the things repeat from the beginning, and so again and again until everybody meets everybody.

The entrance is free, but registration is nesessary.
