The Dialogue: A Night of Russian Romance Music. Peter Slutsky (baritone )

The program is described as a “dialogue on many parallel levels; between singer and guitarist, narrator and audience, poetry and music”. Featuring Peter Slutsky, a baritone and graduate from The Igumnoff College of Music of Moscow, Russia who will sing the best of Russian Romance music from the 19th and 20th Centuries. Mr. Slutsky will be accompanied by Mrs. Anna Kusner, a Russian-Israeli classical guitarist and graduate of both the State Gnessin Music College in Moscow and the Academy of Musica in Jerusalem. The program will be narrated by Mrs. Nonna Kaer-Slutsky, conductor, pianist, singer, and graduate of the State Gnessin College of Music and Tchaikovsky State Conservatory in Moscow.

The concert will take place at the Howard County Historical Society Museum (8328 Court Avenue) in Historic Ellicott City, next to the Circuit Courthouse. Parking is available in the courthouse parking lot.

Tickets are $20 per person in advance / $25 per person at the door. Doors open at 6:30pm. Part of the proceeds benefit the Howard County Historical Society.

We welcome visitors to bring their own drinks. Pick up a bottle at the Wine Bin (8390 Main St, Ellicott City) and mention that you are going to the show for a 10% discount.
