SPEAKERS BIOS

Samantha Roblin, General Manager, ZogSports
Samantha believes the world is a better place when people are happier at work. Happier employees create better companies as well as loving families, and she has committed her career to helping people live their best life at work and at home. She’s currently living her purpose by creating connections, communities and infusing play at work as the General Manager of the ZogSports Corporate Business. ZogSports Corporate partners with companies throughout the US to improve the employee experience.
Samantha started her career in consulting, and transitioned to the startup world by working with various growing companies on business development and communication strategy. In 2013, Samantha became a certified Holistic Health Coach, and spends her free time coaching others and leading fitness classes. She is also the Director of the NY Girls Experience Camps program, a summer camp for children who have lost a parent or sibling.

Cindy VandenBosch, Founder & President, Turnstile Tours
With over a decade of experience in the museum and disability fields, Cindy VandenBosch is the founder and president of Turnstile Tours, a benefit corporation and a Certified B Corp that works with community and industry partners to support, create, and operate unique, interactive, and rigorously researched tours and programs that elevate public awareness about the meaning of place and community.  Current programming includes guided tours about the street food vending industry, New York City’s public markets, the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the Brooklyn Army Terminal, and Prospect Park. As a longtime advocate for cultural accessibility for people with disabilities, Cindy serves on the emeritus advisory board of the Museum Access Consortium, a professional membership-based organization she co-chaired from 2012-2014, and has consulted with institutions in the U.S., Russia, and Singapore to foster more inclusive, accessible, and engaging visitor experiences for people of backgrounds and abilities, including people with disabilities.
She is a board member of Citizens Union, a nonpartisan good government organization, and Travel Unity, a new nonprofit dedicated to inclusivity in the travel sector. Cindy, is originally from just outside Flint, Michigan, has undergraduate degrees in Anthropology and Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan, and did international development work and cultural preservation research in the Russian Far East before entering the museum and tourism fields.

Marcos Salazar is a social entrepreneur, career + life coach, consultant, speaker, and community builder. His passion is working with professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives to help them pursue work they are passionate about, build authentic personal brands, become financially successful, and create lives that make the world a better place. He does this through 1-on-1 coaching,nonprofit and businesses consulting, and on a larger scale as Co-founder + Executive Director of Be Social Change where he’s built the largest social impact community and professional development hub in New York City. Marcos earned a B.A. in Psychology from Amherst College as well as a Masters in Organizational Management and an Executive Leadership Coaching certificate from The George Washington University.
