Course 7: Jilbir with chickpea stew

Jilbir is a central anatolian dish of a poached egg and garlic yogurt. It's a much healthier, refreshing and satisfying benedict. We love this, we serve it often with stewed chicpeas but also other sides for the yolk and the yogurt to drape over.

Course 8: Sour cherry ice cream sandwich with halva foam!

Turkish ice cream provides a very unique experience. We serve a tart refreshing ice cream as the final bite on our brunches.
