WOD2 Dragofor time100 Russian kb swings 53/35100 goblet squats 53/35100 medball boxer sit ups 20/14
all 100 of movement must be completed before moving to the next
medball boxer situps - partner 1 does a medball situp and passes medball to partner 2 at the top,partner 2 catches and passes back to partner 1.

WOD3 Balboa8rds for time10 push press 75/55kb front rack carry 53/35
kb carry is a down and back shuttle run between parking spaces. each carry is longer than the previous.
