Stand with Refugees: A Benefit for 1951 Coffee Company

1951 Coffee Company (1951) is a nonprofit organization whose name derives from the 1951 Refugee Convention where the United Nations defined  the first guidelines for refugee protection. 1951 was founded in the spirit of these conventions to give refugees resettling in the Greater Bay Area assistance in starting their new lives. 1951 trains and employs refugees from a variety of nations including Afghanistan, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Burma, Eritrea, Iran, Syria, and Uganda.
