Course 1:
Gunivere's Golden Ale-Like the name says, this beer is a delicious golder color. This 5% wheat beer uses only the finest Belgian grains and Saaz hops and is flavored with coriander and ginger to create a Belgian Pale Ale that must be experienced by all serious beer connoisseurs. 5.5% ABV
Slider 1-BBQ Turkey with cornbread stuffing and cranberry relish
Course 2:
London Brow Ale-A traditional English style beer made with mild amber, Crystal and Chocolate Malts and hopped with Fuggle and E. Kent Golding hops creating a refreshing ale whose flavor does not linger but fills the palate for a true English taste experience. 4.7% ABV
Slider 2-Smoked ham with candied sweet potatos and pineapple slaw
Course 3:
Corktown Red-Caramel, Crystal and Munich malts are combined with choice American two-row malted barley to create this beer named for Detroit's historic community. Four separate additions of hops give theis beer a complex taste that can be enjoyed anywhere. 6% ABV
Slider 3-Swedish meatballs sauteed with mushrooms and bacon
Course 4:
Russian Imperial Stout-A Russian classic! This stout is extremely big. Thick and maltly this stout is created with six-row barley as well as Roasted, Chocolate and Caramel malts. The E. Kent Goldings hops do not quite take up all of the malt sweetness. You can't see through this beer but you can see how just a little goes a long way. 7.5% ABV
