Kamila leads growth initiatives at Amazon Pay, a 400-person startup within Amazon that allows consumers to use Amazon credentials to shop on the web and Alexa beyond Amazon.com. Her work includes bringing customer obsessed self-service experiences, Alexa skills, and new segment offerings to the market. Prior to Amazon Pay, Kamila helped banks achieve scalability and efficiency as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co. Her financial services work began in the non-profit space 20 years ago in Tajikistan, delivering micro-finance programs to underserved populations. She recently moved to Seattle from San Francisco, and lives in Ballard with her family
