It's often called the "New Chinatown" but along the Chinese restaurants and Cantonese Dim Sum you can also find Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese, Russian, Japanese and Korean eateries across the main streets Clement and Geary. You'll discover bake shops, restaurants, specialty markets and cool shops while sampling 6-8 different dishes and hearing tales of the food and the neighborhood. Meet your local chef and guide Mashav Shelef at First Korean Market and start eating your way through the blocks of the Inner Richmond. As you stroll from one tasting spot to the other, you'll hear stories about the ethnic food and cultures that make up this diverse neighborhood. This is a 3 hour tour, some light walking, the experience fit for anyone.
