Polk Street Fit Crawl with Pelo + TRX

like a pub crawl but instead of jumping from bar to bar, you'll be traveling from studio to studio doing a combination of cardio and strength training exercises. POLK STREET SUMMER FITCRAWL - Saturday, August 3rd: 12 PM - 2 PM (2 WAVES)You'll start your crawl at Pelo Fitness for a HIIT style cycling workout to get your heart pumping. Once completed, you will head down Polk to the TRX Training Center to complete circuit training exercises that will test and build your strength! The crawl will finish back at Pelo Fitness where you'll do a 10-minute Flex stretch + celebrate your completion of this challenge! All participants who complete the fitness crawl will receive a FREE swag bag with goodies from Pelo, TRX, sponsors, and a FREE drink ticket to Mezcalito (good until 5 pm)Whether you're a fitness junkie looking to test your strength or just looking for a fun Saturday workout, this Fit Crawl is for you! This challenge is good for all levels of fitness thanks to the Pelo Fitness power zone system and exercise modifications at the TRX Training Center.
