3 ENERGIZING WORKOUTS:
ZUMBA // Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin/international rhythms and movements. These easy to follow moves feature interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms. In some classes, resistance training is integrated to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. No prior experience necessary.
FACTION (turf) // The Faction is where you go for serious workouts: expert instructors keep sessions fresh and exciting with all the latest types of programming, while fitness testing allows you to keep track of your progress. Friendly competitions, along with a supportive community, motivate you to leave it all on the turf so you can get more out of your workout. 
VINYASA YOGA// This yoga practice uses postures in a flowing manner and connects each posture with a breath. Class is appropriate for all levels.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTORS:
Midnite Townsend - Midnite Townsend is an international burlesque and circus headliner and sought after instructor of dance, pilates, and group fitness. She won Queen of Burlesque Miss Exotic World in 2014 and takes her burlesque background to blend fitness with self-empowerment. Midnite's goal is to make movement accessible and fun to everyone! She has been creating safe and entertaining spaces for people to support each other and move together for over 15 years and her current home base is teaching with Fitness Formula Clubs in Chicago. Lara Mele - Lara is a native Chicagoan and currently the Group Fitness Manager for Fitness Formula's  Lincoln Park,Gold Coast, Boystown and Old Town locations. She has been teaching Group Fitness and Personal Training for over 20 years. She holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois Chicago and is a Certified Russian Kettlebell Coach through RKC and Level 3 Swim Coach through American Swim Coaches Association and devotee of the Swim Smooth Coaching methodology. She has coached Triathletes and Swimmers of all levels since 2000.  She is a veteran of over 100+ triathlons including 6 full ironman races and 20+ half ironman distance races. Achieving USAT triathlon All-American or Honorable Mention status 2009-2016. When Lara isn't teaching, training or working out she hangs out with her 8-yr old daughter and husband.
Jillian Wirtz - Specializing in Vinyasa and Power based classes Jillian's expertise includes Pre/Postnatal Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Hot Yoga as well as an education provider. Her intention as an instructor is to make every class accessible, challenging and fun for students of all levels.
