For this event, 13 and over welcome with an adult, adult will need to sign a waiver for the minor. Purchase a Pilates only ticket for the minor, and please inform me upon check in. Thank you.

A little about the class:
Happy Hour Pilates is a mat based, Pilates inspired fusion class that flows with the music, leaving no muscle untouched! You will sculpt a rock hard core, improve your balance and challenge your flexibility; all while moving to the beat of your favorite music. It blends classic Pilates, Yoga and Barre moves for an amazing workout.  It's fun for all fitness levels, both men and women, and all you need is your mat! You will finish feeling strong, sweaty, and ready for more! After class we get to sample some amazing craft beer or cider!

A little about the venue:
Counterbalance  Brewing Company is the brainchild of Frank Lawrence & Jeff Howell. They met while working with Caffe Ladro. Both have a desire to enjoy life and a love of great beer.. Counterbalance began in 2013, and is known for Counterbalance IPA and our personal favorite, Kushetka Russian Imperial Stout. And don't forget their amazing Pogo duck logo! Counterbalance is easy to find, with plenty of parking.

A little about the neighborhood:
Georgetown is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Seattle, and definitely one of the hippest and most artistic. Home to the original Rainier Brewery, Rainier Glass Studio, and Smartypants Garage (best sandwiches in the land!), you will find plenty to do in Georgetown! Easy to get to, just south of downtown Seattle between Interstate 5 and Highway 99.

21+ for the event, all ages welcome after class! Beer & cider available, plus plenty of great shirts, tanks, glasses & growlers!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
The class is 21+ as we will be drinking beer or cider, but all ages are welcome in the brewery after class! 
 
Can I buy my ticket at the door?
Yes, cash or credit card accepted.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Easy to find, parking available, Uber, Lyft, taxi & bus available.
 
What can I bring into the event?
Please bring your own yoga mat! You might also want a water bottle and a sweatshirt. If you forget your mat no worries! I always keep a couple on hand to borrow.

What's the refund policy?
All sales are final, no refunds. With a 48 hour advance notice you may transfer your ticket to another participant or another event. Please email organizer to transfer ticket. No transfers within 48 hours of the event.
